Two London firms expand reach with merger
Two London-based real estate firms have merged as they look to expand their national reach and their presence in the capital.
Advisory firm Stiles Harold Williams Partnership (SHW), which operates from nine offices across London and the south east, has merged with multi-disciplined surveying practice Ashwell Rogers.
Currently based in the West End’s Beak Street, Ashwell Rogers’ team will move to SHW’s new office at nearby Berners Street where they will look to expand the firm’s capabilities in the out-of-town retail and London office markets.
The combined firms will initially trade as ‘SHW, incorporating Ashwell Rogers’.
Russell Markham, managing partner at SHW, said: “We already have an existing client synergy, and this move will allow us to better service [our] clients, and others, across the UK with our agency, management, building consultancy and professional services expertise.”
Roger Dunlop and Jeremy Good, partners at Ashwell Rogers, added: “Having worked with various members of the SHW team over the years, we are delighted to be joining forces with a business that has a similar mindset and ethos to our own.”
