EYCO appoints partner within capital markets team

Retail agency EYCO has announced the appointment of Patrick Over as a partner within its capital markets team.

Over moves from Green & Partners where he worked as a partner in the firms investment department, with a focus on the high street, retail warehouse, leisure, and supermarket sectors.

He joins the Edinburgh office where he will be involved in the acquisition, disposal, and funding of a wide variety of assets across the UK. Over will be working with a range of clients including major UK institutions and pension funds, property investment and development companies, private equity groups, and high net worth investors.
