Mint Velvet picks Centre:mk for Milton Keynes debut

British womenswear Mint Velvet is set to open its first store in Milton Keynes at Centre:mk.

Opening this summer, the 2,800 sq ft store will be located on Centre:mk’s Silbury Arcade and will stock the brand’s full collection of womenswear, footwear, and accessories.

Founded in 2009, Mint Velvet now operates 107 stores and concessions across the UK, with a focus on expanding in premium retail destinations. The retailer will look to attract shoppers from Centre:mk’s affluent catchment area, and will join leading brands on Silbury Arcade such as Reiss, Jigsaw, The White Company, and H Beauty.

The announcement follows strong leasing activity at Centre:mk throughout 2023, with brands including Mango, REISS, H&M and Phase Eight opening new stores at the scheme.
