Castore set to join Derbion line-up

Sportswear brand Castore is set to join the line up at Derbion in Derby later this month.

The retailer has signed a 10-year lease for a 1,771 sq ft unit on the second level of the scheme, adjacent to Foot Locker.

Founded in Manchester in 2015, Castore is a sportswear and athletic clothing brand which supplies a number of sports teams including the England Cricket Team, the Red Bull Racing and McLaren Formula One teams, and is the shirt supplier for football teams such as Rangers, Bayer Leverkusen, Everton, and the Republic of Ireland national team.

The Derbion store – which will open this month – will offer a range of men’s and women’s sportswear in addition to team-branded clothing. Its arrival is set to expand Derbion’s sports and fitness offering which currently includes the likes of JD Sports, Lids, Sports Direct, and Foot Locker.

This follows news that JD Sports has expanded its presence at Derbion by taking a new 20,175 sq ft space, more than doubling its footprint at the scheme.
