GCW promotes within owner team
GCW has announced the promotion of Phil Fishwick to the role of director within its owner team.
Having joined GCW in 2015, Fishwick works with several high-profile clients, such as Capital & Regional, Sovereign Centros from CBRE, as well as a number of local authority clients, providing advice on high street and shopping centre instructions nationwide.
GCW’s owner team is responsible for advising owners and stakeholders on retail-led assets within town centres and retail schemes.
