Peel Retail & Leisure appoints retail park portfolio property manager
Peel Retail & Leisure has announced the appointment of Siobhan Ellis as property manager of its retail parks division.
Joining from developer Glenbrook Property, Ellis has over a decade of property and asset management experience.
In her new role, Ellis will be responsible for over one million square feet of retail space and an annual eight-figure rent roll.
Peel’s retail park portfolio comprises seven retail parks across the UK, located in Stockport, Gloucester, Edinburgh, Yeovil, Hyndburn, Washington, and Barnsley.
Working from Peel’s headquarters in Trafford City, Ellis will look to implement new procedures designed to help streamline the group’s day-to-day operations, whilst also identifying and securing new tenants.
