Quadrant has secured a trio of food and beverage tenants at YY London, its newly-refurbished 415,000 sq ft office building in Canary Wharf.
Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus will bring its menu of brunch, mezze, cocktails, and wines to YY London this summer, after signing a 20-year lease on a 2,861 sq ft unit.
Also joining the development is Hagen, a Danish espresso bar. The concept has taken a 1,141 sq ft space on a 10-year lease for its seventeenth outlet.
Brother Marcus and Hagen will be located on YY London’s ground floor, facing onto the Jubilee Plaza opposite the Jubilee Line underground station and the new waterfront Eden Dock.
Quadrant has also secured a 9,500 sq ft letting with a major restaurant chain, which will be announced soon.
Tristram Gethin, founding partner at Quadrant, said: “We welcome these exceptional brands to YY London. That they are moving into YY London is further testament to the building’s quality and the role it is playing in Canary Wharf’s community.”
Quadrant acquired YY London in 2019 in a joint venture with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. Its refurbishment was completed in 2023.
