Native Land makes six director promotions

Native Land has made six director promotions, as the property developer looks to expand on its existing portfolio of mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments.
Robert Harris has been appointed as development director of regeneration, working on projects such as St Mary’s Wharf in Guildford, a mixed-use scheme on brownfield land which is set to create 185 apartments alongside new restaurants and business space.
Felicity Masefield has been promoted to director of asset management and ESG, leading the asset management of Native Land’s commercial portfolio and developing and implementing a corporate sustainability strategy. This includes Arbor, part of the £2.5 billion Bankside Yards development on London’s South Bank and the UK’s first fossil fuel-free major mixed-use scheme in operation.
Meanwhile, Kirsty Monteith’s new position as director of capital markets will see her responsible for financial strategy, managing both debt and equity maximising returns for both Native Land and its portfolio.
The firm has also made a number of promotions within its residential division, with Mark Cambell, Maria Gray, and Joe White being appointed to the positions of director of residential sales and private clients, director of asset management, and director of prime residential, respectively.
Alasdair Nicholls, chief executive of Native Land, said: “Following a period of sustained growth and the achievement of significant project milestones, these promotions strengthen our capacity in key areas of the business. The people of Native Land are central to our success. Their talents will be crucial as we continue to expand our portfolio and deliver outstanding developments, generating significant value for Native Land and our UK and international co-investor partners.”
