B&M takes former Wilko unit at Leeds’ Crossgates centre

B&M has opened at Praxis’ Crossgates Shopping Centre in Leeds, taking residence in the former Wilko store, which has undergone an extensive refit.

The discount retailer has taken a five-year lease for the 30,000 sq ft unit, and will pay a rent of £100,000 per annum.

The letting means all seven former Wilko stores within Praxis’ portfolio have been relet following the retailer’s collapse into administration in 2023.
