Roadside specialist joins Savills’ retail team
Savills has strengthened its retail team with the appointment of roadside specialist Neil Grice as a director.
Grice has over 25 years’ of experience in the commercial property consultancy sector, with a particular focus on roadside retail and F&B.
His areas of expertise extend to motorway service areas, drive-through developments, EV charging sites, and lorry park developments.
In his new role, Grice will be based in Savills’ London headquarters with a national mandate.
Prior to joining Savills, he founded Grice Collins Long in 2006 and oversaw its growth as managing director.
