Tk Maxx owner regears five retail park store leases

The owner of TK Maxx has regeared the leases at five of its stores across three retail parks.
TJX Europe, which also operates the Homesense brand in the UK, has renegotiated terms at:
- TK Maxx at Battery Retail Park in Selly Oak, Birmingham
- TK Maxx and Homesense at Stanley Green Retail Park, Cheadle
- TK Maxx and Homesense at Centaurus Retail Park, Bristol
The regeared leases bring the average unexpired lease term across all five of the properties to over six years.
NFU Mutual, which owns all three of the retail parks, was advised by the schemes’ retained agents Park Place Retail.
