Exclusive: property manager appointed at Islington Square

Property management and building consultancy firm Workman LLP has been appointed by Sager House Almeida to provide property management services at Islington Square in London.
Workman will work alongside asset manager Sovereign Centros to attract occupiers to the 170,000 sq ft scheme, which is located on Islington’s Upper Street.
Existing retail and leisure operators at Islington Square include Third Space, Odeon, a Heal’s pop-up, Megan’s, Anthropologie, and A.P.C.
Formerly a red-brick sorting office, the building was originally constructed by the General Post Office in the early 1900s.
James Simpson, partner at Workman, said: “We are very much looking forward to working alongside Sovereign Centros and Sager House Almeida to highlight the very best aspects of this much-loved asset, ensuring it performs to the top of its potential.”
