Royal London sells Scottish retail park for £23m

Royal London Asset Management has completed the sale of a retail park in Dunfermline, Scotland, for a total consideration of approximately £23m.
Halbeath Retail Park spans approximately 125,903 sq ft and is let to retailers including Wickes, B&M, Tapi Carpets, Currys, Halfords, and Pets at Home.
Located approximately 12 miles north west of Edinburgh city centre, the scheme is situated close to Junction 3 of the M90 and is accessed off Halbeath Road – the main arterial route to the east of Dunfermline that links the M90 with Dunfermline town centre.
The retail park also features a former Homebase store which was placed on the market in November 2024 following the retailer’s collapse into administration.
Park Place Retail acted on behalf of Royal London Asset Management in the transaction.
