Jackson Criss poaches CBRE capital markets boss and appoints retail surveyor

Jackson Criss has appointed Oliver Jordan as a partner within its capital markets team, Completely Retail News can reveal.

Working alongside Philip Hay, Jonathan Milburn, and Rhodri Jones, he joins from CBRE UK, where he led the in-town retail capital markets team for eight years.

With 22 years of experience within the retail property market, Jordan has also previously held roles at JLL, Colliers, and Michael Elliott.

Jackson Criss said: “The partnership are delighted to add Oliver’s experience to the team at Jackson Criss. He is a well-respected and proven operator, and we have no doubt that he will be a tremendous asset to the company and our clients.”

Meanwhile, Joe Laskey has also joined the firm as a retail surveyor. Having previously worked at Lidl, he will work now alongside partners Andrew Criss, Adam Rawcliffe, and Dan Turner within the agency team, acting on leasing instructions for landlords and occupiers.
