Bershka has opened the doors to its flagship store at Silverburn, with the fashion brand making its debut in Glasgow.

The retailer has taken a 14,000 sq ft unit previously occupied by fellow Inditex brand Zara, which has relocated into a 47,000 sq ft flagship within the scheme’s former Debenhams department store.

Meanwhile PULL&BEAR, also owned by Inditex, has recently opened at the Glasgow scheme, taking a 12,764 sq ft unit previously occupied by Topshop.

With these additions, Silverburn will play host to four Inditex brands following the arrival of Stradivarius later this year.

So far in 2025, Silverburn has signed deals with the likes of Haribo, H Beauty, and Hollister, and also welcomed the arrivals of Black Sheep Coffee, Hotel Chocolat, and Jack & Jones.

Henderson Park and Eurofund Group, which own Silverburn, were represented by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
