Sheet Anchor Evolve adds 12,000 sq ft of lettings to Elephant Park

Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, has added 12,000 sq ft of new lettings to Elephant Park in London.

Joe & The Juice, Arepa & Co, Jumping Bean, Hotpod Yoga, and Sainsbury’s have become the latest names to join the estate, taking 1,927 sq ft, 2,053 sq ft, 1,012 sq ft, 1,916 sq ft, and 4,285 sq ft respectively.

These lettings follow Sheet Anchor Evolve’s acquisition of the retail and leisure core at Elephant Park in 2024. Since then, the group has looked to curate a stronger and more diverse offer that caters to the local demand, while also enhancing the experience for visitors and residents alike.
