KLM appointed on Landsec’s leisure assets
Landsec has appointed KLM Real Estate as joint leasing agent at three leisure-anchored destinations.
The parks are home to a range of operators across leisure, competitive socialising, cinemas, and food and beverage operators, and together welcome over 12 million people annually.
The destinations are:
- Xscape Milton Keynes, which extends to 420,000 sq ft and houses anchor tenants including Snozone, Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl, Gravity Active, alongside a hospitality offer.
- XScape Yorkshire in Castleford, which spans 430,000 sq ft and is home to Snozone, Vue, and Gravity Trampoline, as well as a dining and family leisure line-up.
- Tower Park in Poole, which extends to 300,000 sq ft and is anchored by Vue, Hollywood Bowl, Splashdown Waterpark, and a number of national restaurant brands.
KLM Real Estate said it will work alongside Landsec and CBRE to target new leisure, F&B, and complementary uses, capitalising on increased demand for experiential and mixed-use destinations.
