Indoor ski centre operator appoints agents as it targets health and fitness market

Indoor ski centre operator SNOZONE has appointed agents as it looks to expand into the UK health and fitness market.
The operator, which is owned by NewRiver REIT, has appointed leisure property specialists Fleurets to support its expansion.
SNOZONE is now seeking both individual sites and portfolio acquisitions, on both freehold and leasehold bases, across health and fitness, gyms, sports-based centres, and experiential leisure opportunities.
The brand currently operates ski centres in Milton Keynes, Yorkshire, and Madrid.
Nick Phillips, managing director of SNOZONE, said: “We have been exploring expansion opportunities for some time, to add year-round operations to complement our existing portfolio and given our experience in the sector, we view health and fitness and active leisure operations as a key focus for our continued growth.”
Kevin Conibear, director at Fleurets, added: “SNOZONE is a well-established operator with a strong track record in delivering high-quality leisure experiences. The move into health and fitness represents an exciting next chapter, and we are delighted to be working with them to identify and secure the right opportunities.”
