Entertainment Central is located in the city centre, situated adjacent to St David’s Shopping Centre and opposite Motorpoint Arena.
It is anchored by Cineworld, with recent arrivals at the complex including Riley’s and Big Fang.
The asset generates a passing income of £1,125,000 per annum, and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 13.8 years to expiry.
