It is anchored by Cineworld, with recent arrivals at the complex including Riley’s and Big Fang.
The asset generates a passing income of £1,125,000 per annum, and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 13.8 years to expiry.
Green & Partners has been appointed to find a suitable purchaser.
