Redevco offloads Shoreditch retail parade

16th October 2025 | Jack Oliver

Redevco has sold a retail parade in Shoreditch, London to an undisclosed purchaser.

Located at 15-29 Redchurch Street, the asset extends to approximately 6,400 sq ft and is fully let to a line-up of contemporary fashion and lifestyle brands.

The parade has a weighted average unexpired lease term of seven years to expiry.

Commercial property agency Forge, which advised Redevco, said the sale followed a highly competitive bidding process that generated strong interest from high-net-worth individuals, institutional funds, and overseas investors. The group added that the transaction underscores the depth of investor appetite for retail holdings in London’s most dynamic submarkets, particularly those offering secure income profiles, strong local amenities, and long-term rental growth potential.

Jonathan Mills, equity partner at Forge, said: “We were delighted to complete this sale on behalf of our long-standing clients, Redevco. The property attracted considerable domestic and international investor demand, which resulted in a competitive bidding process. Forge continue to be particularly active across the London sub-markets, both in an occupational and investment capacity.”
