Seven surveyors who previously worked at Stockford Anderson have launched a niche advisory firm specialising in the out-of-town retail and leisure sectors.

HLRE initially comprises five founding partners: Paul Anderson; Tudor Williams; Chris Chetwood; Andrew Collier; and Patrick Heaps, alongside consultants Charles Hill and Andrew Freeman. The group had all worked in similar roles together at Stockford Anderson.

Based at offices in London and Hoylake, Merseyside, HLRE’s client list includes landlords and investors such as Aviva, British Land, Realty Income, Legal & General, Aberdeen, Columbia Threadneedle, M&G, and Brookfield, as well as occupiers including Mountain Warehouse, Sofology, DFS, Matalan, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Paul Anderson said: “We have all worked together for many years and we have built a strong track record for delivering strategic, results-focused advice across all aspects of the out-of-town retail and leisure markets. The team at HLRE is well placed to help both investor, landlord, and retailer clients succeed in today’s fast-changing and competitive market.”
