P-Three pays tribute after passing of co-founder Justin Taylor
P-Three has paid tribute to its co-founder Justin Taylor following his passing.
Taylor spent 30 years at Healey & Baker/Cushman & Wakefield, ultimately leading the European retail and leisure team, before leaving to build P-Three six years ago with Thomas Rose and Hannah McNamara.
In a LinkedIn post, the London-based retail and leisure advisor said that P-Three was “the company Justin always dreamed of creating”.
The group added: “To our team, Justin was a mentor, a leader, and a true friend. He believed deeply in people. He helped us grow, pushed us to think differently, and always brought us back to the bigger purpose: shaping cities and creating places that genuinely matter.
“And he made it fun. Every day was full of laughter, ideas, debate, and a genuine love of the work. That spirit sat alongside a relentless drive to make places better, to see trends before others did, to understand what people wanted from their towns and cities, and to build destinations that genuinely improved lives.
“His impact is felt far beyond our team. Millions of people spent this weekend in shopping centres that Justin helped imagine, plan, lease and bring to life. His legacy is stitched into the fabric of places up and down the country, and across Europe.
“We will miss him every hour of every day. But he will always be our North Star, guiding us, steadying us, reminding us what matters and how to move forward with purpose, creativity and heart.”
P-Three has encouraged donations to Sarcoma UK and Thames Hospice, two organisations which it said supported Justin Taylor with care towards the end of his life.
