Burger King targets new locations as it looks to open 30 restaurants a year
Burger King has released its latest requirements list, as the restaurant chain looks to open 30 new locations a year.
The operator – which currently has around 600 restaurant in the UK – is seeking units ranging between 1,500 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft in freehold or leasehold sites.
Burger King is looking to open new locations within retail and leisure parks, major shopping centres, and on high streets.
The brand’s biggest UK operator, BKUK, is targeting spaces across Great Britain.
Morgan Williams has been appointed to find suitable spaces nationally, while Savills and EYCO have been tasked with finding units in Scotland. LM has been retained in the South of England, while Space Property Consultants and Barker Proudlove have been appointed to secure units in the East Midlands and the North East, respectively.
