Lakeside Shopping Centre fashions Urban Outfitters opening

Urban Outfitters is set to join the fashion lineup at Lakeside Shopping Centre in West Thurrock, Essex this summer.

Located on the scheme’s lower level, the 6,500 sq ft store will offer the fashion retailer’s range of menswear, womenswear, accessories and homeware from its proprietary brands. It will also showcase products from labels such as Levi’s, Dickies, and Carhartt WIP.

In addition, the store will look to serve as a cultural hub, with a space designed for social connection, curated music and a lifestyle offering.

Urban Outfitters joins a growing fashion and lifestyle lineup at Lakeside, which includes NEXT and JD, both of which have upsized their stores, alongside an enhanced M&S and new Bershka, and stores from The White Company and Hollister which are set to arrive later this year.

Lakeside Shopping Centre, owned by SGS UK Retail, is asset managed by Pradera Lateral. The leasing agent for this deal was Smith Young.
