The Post Office appoints agents to advise on over 200 properties

The Post Office has appointed Savills to deliver portfolio and estate management services across over 200 locations.

Led by the firm’s Global Occupier Services team, the appointment covers services including operational estate management, lease administration, programme management, strategic advisory, transaction management, digital experience, and service charge management.

In addition, services will include categories such as business rates, valuation, BPC, agency, and lease advisory.
