LLDC has appointed P-Three and GCW as letting agents at Riverside East, a hospitality and leisure destination within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London.

Riverside East comprises approximately 14,000 sq ft of flexible internal space across two floors, as well as around 27,000 sq ft of outdoor space.

The ground floor includes a café and bar, a fully fitted kitchen and back-of-house storage facilities, while the first floor features an event space that is complemented by a large kitchen and a roof terrace overlooking Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The outdoor space provides scope for al fresco dining, seasonal activations, and event-led experiences.

The wider Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is also undergoing significant growth, with around 5,500 homes set to be built on the Park directly and 14,000 students across 10 universities already studying there.

Thomas Rose, co-founder at P-Three, said: “Located at the heart of one of the UK’s best known leisure and entertainment hubs, Riverside East presents a fantastic opportunity to deliver a compelling hospitality offering that appeals to the millions of visitors to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, as well as its rapidly growing number of local residents.

“Our team of retail, leisure and F&B specialists has a strong track record of attracting best-in-class tenants and operators to schemes across London, including at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and we look forward to maximising the significant potential of this site.”

Philippe Michael, partner at GCW, added: “Very few opportunities bring together this scale of indoor and outdoor space with world-class sport, culture and education on the doorstep. Riverside East offers an operator the chance to create something distinctive at the heart of East London’s cultural scene, with exciting potential to collaborate with neighbours such as West Ham United and V&A East.

“GCW brings extensive experience in regeneration-led leasing, connecting operators with places where they can help shape the next chapter. Here, that means finding an operator who can turn this exceptional setting into a destination in its own right”
