Costa Coffee brews up at The Liberty Romford
Costa Coffee has opened at Redical’s The Liberty Romford shopping centre, taking a 4,069 sq ft space at the scheme.
The coffee shop operator’s new store, located within a high footfall entranceway to The Liberty, accommodates 90 covers and features a space for quick service food and beverages.
The opening builds on the growing demand for coffee, light meals, and snacks within the centre, with Costa Coffee joining operators at the scheme including Black Sheep Coffee and Pret a Manger.
The introduction of Costa Coffee comes as a direct response to the success of the F&B category at The Liberty Romford, which has achieved a 6% uplift in sales compared to 2025, in turn contributing to a year-to-date footfall increase of 6.4%.
