LVMH, the parent group of Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Hennessy amongst others, has announced a number of senior changes.

Pietro Baccari, who has been in charge of Christian Dior Couture since 2018, will become chair and chief executive officer of Louis Vuitton. He succeeds Michael Burke, who will take up new responsibilities after 10 years as head of Louis Vuitton, overseeing the integration of Tiffany.

Daughter of LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault, Delphine Arnault, who has been executive vice president of Louis Vuitton since 2013, will succeed Baccari as chair and chief executive officer of Christian Dior Couture.

Meanwhile, Charles Delapalme, who since 2018 has been in charge of commercial activities at Christian Dior Couture, has been named managing director at the brand.

Stéphane Bianchi, chair and chief executive officer of the Watches and Jewellery Division, will now oversee Tiffany and Repossi, who join the division.

Bernard Arnault, commented on the integration: “The inclusion of Tiffany in the Watches & Jewellery Division is a natural step following the company’s successful integration within the LVMH Group. Stéphane Bianchi’s leadership skills, his understanding of products and markets, and his organisational acumen have enabled the Maisons in the division to achieve remarkable results under his management.”
