ESTAMA makes UK property management appointment

ESTAMA has appointed Toby Schofield as the latest member of its property management team as the company continues to expand throughout the UK.

The commercial asset and property management agency say that his appointment will support the company’s drive to maximise the full potential of its clients’ properties, and ensure efficiencies and continued positive results for stakeholders.

He joins from Savills, where he worked for the business space team working across a variety of office and industrial properties.

Schofield has also previously worked as a property manager in bot the MAPP retail management and Strutt & Parker residential teams. ESTAMA say his experience will help its position as a leading commercial asset and property management agency and further accelerate its growth plans.
