Agents appointed at recently-acquired London mixed-use development
GCW has appointed as leasing agents at The Northern Quarter, a mixed-use property in Collindale in the London borough of Brent.
The scheme was recently purchased by LCP, part of investment collective M Core.
The modern mixed-use development comprises 10 retail and leisure units, 460 apartments, and 160 dedicated car parking spaces.
Existing occupiers at the scheme include Nando’s, Aldi, Anytime Fitness, The Tanning Shop, and Marks & Spencer.
The estate was completed in 2021 and upgraded in 2023, and looks to combine retail and leisure to create a hub for the local community. Located at the junction of Capitol Way and Edgware Road, The Northern Quarter also benefits from strong Underground connectivity, with the Colindale and Queensbury Tube stations located nearby.
Colindale is London’s second fastest growing borough, with approximately 77,000 people within a one mile radius of the property.
GCW is currently marketing a fitted café unit, spanning 2,109 sq ft, at The Northern Quarter.
