Black Sheep Coffee fills out dining square at Norwich’s Chantry Place
The dining square at Chantry Place in Norwich is now fully let after the signing of Black Sheep Coffee.
The operator will occupy a 2,400 sq ft unit in the external restaurant square, which was recently expanded to create three additional units.
Black Street Coffee is expected to open mid-December, joining the existing food and beverage tenant mix at Chantry Place, which includes Wagamama, Rosa’s Thai, and Wingstop.
Will Fish, asset manager at Catella APAM, said: “Black Sheep Coffee is a compelling addition to Chantry Place, bringing a differentiated offer that enhances the square’s vibrancy and supports our long-term vision for the asset. Its introduction aligns with our strategy to curate a dynamic, experience-led environment that drives footfall and extends dwell time.”
This follows a flurry of new arrivals at Chantry Place, with Wingstop, Accessorize, Mowgli, and Holland & Barrett all joining the Norwich scheme over the summer..
