Boodles picks Bond Street for London flagship relocation

Luxury jeweller Boodles is relocating its London flagship store from 178 New Bond Street to 23 Old Bond Street.
The new space will offer an enhanced space for client hosting and operational needs, with the relocation marking a strategic move for the sixth-generation family business.
Richard Scott, director of retail at Savills, which advised on the transaction, said: “Against a backdrop of shifting market dynamics, this move demonstrates significant confidence in the luxury jewellery market from one of the industry’s most prestigious retailers. This new flagship will not only enhance their customer experience, but it also strengthens their presence on the global luxury stage.”
Savills said that vacancy on Bond Street has remained well below the long-term average, with the move unlocking a unique opportunity at Boodles current location, where the firm is advising.
