Buyer sought for indoor mini-golf venue operator
Brighton Pier Group is seeking a buyer for its Paradise Adventure Golf business, which operates seven indoor mini-golf venues in England and Scotland.
The business’s venues, all situated within mixed-use retail and leisure schemes, are located within Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow, Derby, Cheshire, Plymouth, and Rushden Lakes. The venues range between 8,000 sq ft and 24,000 sq ft and include two 18-hole courses with themes such as tropical islands, ancient ruins and exotic jungles.
The specialist licensed and leisure team at Colliers has been appointed to find a suitable purchaser.
