Castore has opened its first ever store in Yorkshire at the Junction 32 outlet shopping destination in Castleford.

The performance sportswear brand has taken a 1,100 sq ft store for its 14th site in the UK.

The store offers a range of sports clothing for both men and women, including sports team attire. From F1 and cricket to a dedicated golf range, customers will be able to purchase sportswear worn by the likes of McLaren F1, Rangers FC, as well as brand ambassadors such as Andy Murray to Adam Peaty.

Castore will join a number of sporting retailers at Junction 32, including recent additions Saltrock and Oxen Sports.

Danny Grimshaw, head of retail at Castore, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing Castore to shoppers in Yorkshire. Junction 32 is set up in a fantastic location due to its prime Yorkshire destination, giving us a great platform to bring our premium products to a wider catchment of sports fans.”

Nicky Lovell, head of outlets and retail business development at Junction 32’s asset manager Global Mutual, added: “Castore aligns perfectly with our goal of providing the best in retail and meeting the dynamic preferences of today’s shoppers. The new store will provide high performing sportswear, catering to customer demands. We are excited to welcome them to Junction 32 and believe their innovative products will greatly enhance our retail offering, meeting the needs of modern, active consumers.”
