Castore to make regional debut at Centre:mk
Premium performance sportswear brand Castore is set to make its regional debut at the Centre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes.
Opening on Silbury Arcade in late June, the 865 sq ft store will be one of the brand’s first new design store concepts.
The regional flagship will showcase Castore’s mainline range across its menswear, womenswear, and junior collections. Selected teamwear for Formula 1 teams McLaren Racing and Oracle Red Bull Racing will also be on offer, with the latter’s factory situated nearby within Milton Keynes.
Castore has recently announced its collaboration with Umbro to have exclusive rights to work with their existing English Premier League team partnerships, adding to its current list of athletes, teams, and brands including; England cricket, Andy Murray, Newcastle FC, and local team Milton Keynes Dons.
Kevin Duffy, Centre:mk’s centre director, said: “Pushing the boundaries in sportswear innovation, Castore is a natural addition to Centre:mk’s city-centre location situated in one of the fastest growing and most innovative cities in the country. We consistently outperform national benchmarks and are home to an exceptional line-up of anchor brands, including John Lewis & Partners, H beauty, and M&S, just one of the many reasons Centre:mk is a top 10 retail destination.”
Castore’s commitment to Centre:mk follows the news that womenswear brand Mint Velvet will open at the scheme this summer. The 2,800 sq ft debut store will stock the brand’s full range of womenswear, footwear, and accessories.
FMX and Time Retail Partners acted for Centre:mk.
