Jewellery brand picks Victoria Leeds for first standalone store in the North

APM Monaco has signed for a new boutique at Victoria Leeds, marking a north of England debut for the contemporary jewellery retailer. Located within Victoria Quarter, the new store will span 1,300 sq ft across two floors. APM Monaco joins a growing lineup of jewellers at Victoria Leeds including the recently-opened Dinny Hall as well as legacy brands such as Boodles, Berry’s, and Daniella Draper. Known for its modern designs, APM Monaco operates hundreds of boutiques worldwide across more than 25 countries, and is currently expanding its footprint in Europe and beyond. Flight Club to join Reading’s £850m Station Hill development

Social darts venue operator Flight Club is set to join Reading’s Station Hill after signing a 15-year lease at the £850m mixed-use development. The leisure operator will take a 6,211 sq ft unit at ONE Station Hill, the 275,000 sq ft office space that anchors the centre of the Station Hill scheme. The venue will front over two acres of new public realm which has connected the town centre to Reading Station and provided a number of open spaces. Flight Club will join retail and leisure brands such as Berkshire-based Siren Craft Brew and Notes Coffee Roasters, as well as Italian Trattoria Angelos, Japanese restaurant Kawaii and 1650 Coffee Co. It will also look to complement the network of global businesses at ONE Station Hill, including PwC, NewFlex, PepsiCo and Kenvue. The White Company to open standalone store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre

The White Company is set to open a standalone store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre, building on over 20 years of trading within the centre’s Selfridges department store. Opening in March 2026, the lifestyle brand’s store will span approximately 5,600 sq ft and become The White Company’s largest space to open since its stores at Bluewater and Westfield London. The new store will be located on Lower Regent Crescent, just off the Main Dome, and join almost 80 The White Company locations across the UK and Ireland. The Knightsbridge Estate brings two international brands to London’s Brompton Road

The Knightsbridge Estate has signed international retailers Aurélien and On for new stores on Brompton Road in Central London. Making its UK debut, fashion and lifestyle house Aurélien will take a 3,228 sq ft space at 59 Brompton Road, in the heart of Knightsbridge. The store will offer a range of footwear, apparel, and accessories crafted in Italy and across Europe. The opening marks the brand’s first permanent presence in London, following pop-ups at Harrods, Selfridges, and Printemps. Meanwhile, Swiss premium sportswear brand On will take 7,500 sq ft on Brompton Road. The store will offer a product range that includes shoes, apparel, and accessories for running and outdoor activities, training, all-day use, and tennis. Sweaty Betty is set to relocate its store at Victoria Leeds, as the activewear brand commits to a new site at the shopping centre. The brand is moving to an 835 sq ft space within Victoria Gate, after an 11-year residency at the historic Victoria Quarter. Opening in November, the store will join Victoria Leeds’ portfolio of activewear brands, which includes Alo Yoga and outdoor brand Finisterre. Scottish outlet centre expands convenience offer with Tesco Express signing

Outlet shopping centre Affinity Sterling Mills in Scotland is set to expand its convenience offer with the signing of Tesco Express. The 2,922 sq ft store will offer the supermarket retailer’s range of everyday essentials, food and drinks, and quick meals. It will also provide access to an InPost locker service and include a food-to-go section. The new Tesco Express joins a lineup of convenience retailers at Affinity Sterling Mills including Home Bargains, Greggs, and Holland and Barrett. James Kevill, asset manager at Global Mutual, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Tesco Express to Affinity Sterling Mills. OMNES to open first Scottish store at Glasgow’s Princes Square

OMNES is set to open its first store in Scotland at Glasgow’s Princes Square, as the womenswear retailer continues its expansion outside of London. The store is one of three new openings for OMNES before the end of the year, after the retailer launched a pop-up store at Victoria Leeds and a concession within Fenwick’s Newcastle store. The brand’s Princes Square space will span 1,400 sq ft site, offering OMNES’s autumn/winter range. As part of its goal to launch 10 to 15 additional spaces in 2026, the retailer said it also has its sights on Manchester following a successful concession in Selfridges Trafford earlier this year. This comes after OMNES opened a pop-up store on London’s Carnaby Street last month. Golf operator signs at British Land’s Broadgate to tee up UK expansion

Golf-led leisure concept Five Iron is set to open its first European location at British Land’s Broadgate Campus in the City of London. Located at 1 Finsbury Avenue, the 6,900 sq ft space will anchor the ground floor, featuring eight Trackman simulators offering real-time swing feedback. The venue will also serve as a sports bar and entertainment destination, showing major sporting events such as Premier League football and Formula 1 races. This London flagship will mark the first location in a multi-unit franchise agreement which will see Five Iron – which operates over 40 locations across the US, Asia, and the MIddle East – expand across the UK. Nando’s signs at Swansea retail park as Jollyes prepares to open

M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea has announced Nando’s as its latest signing, as pet retailer Jollyes prepares to open at the retail park. Nando’s has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,945 sq ft space, with the restaurant chain expected to open in early 2026. The deal is the latest in a string of lettings at M Parc Fforestfach, reflecting ongoing investment by scheme owner LCP, part of M Core, as it looks to enhance the tenant mix and visitor experience. In addition, pet care retailer Jollyes will open its flagship store at the scheme this weekend. This marks the first of six new Jollyes openings nationwide over the next six weeks. Accessories retailer Katie Loxton and its sister brand Joma Jewellery are set to join Centre:mk in Milton Keynes after signing for a dual-concept store. Opening later this year, the new 2,357 sq ft store will house both brands in one joint space with two dedicated entrances, offering a range of handbags, accessories, home fragrances, and other gifts. Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery will join a retail line-up at Centre:mk that includes the likes of Oliver Bonas, Beaverbrooks, and The White Company. New football entertainment concept Crossbar is set to join Printworks Manchester after signing a 20-year lease at the leisure scheme. Spanning 25,000 sq ft, the venue will feature interactive football boxes with motion tracking, reactive projection, surround sound, and tactile floor vibrations. Guests will be able to compete in challenges and tournaments while their friends watch from custom-built lounges. In addition, VIP and private event spaces will provide hire spaces for families, corporate groups, and special occasions. Crossbar will also feature a steak-led restaurant, two bars, and food and drinks served directly to the football boxes. Søstrene Grene is set to open its first store in Islington, North London, at Angel Central. The Danish homeware and lifestyle brand will be opening a 5,588 sq ft store on the scheme’s upper level, offering kitchenware, small furniture, seasonal decorations, gifts, and craft supplies. The brand adds to the existing lifestyle offer at Angel Central, joining the likes of Oliver Bonas, Flying Tiger, and MUJI.
