Catella APAM brings Wingstop to Norwich’s Chantry Place
UK real asset and investment manager Catella APAM has welcomed Wingstop to Chantry Place in Norwich.
The fried chicken wing specialist has opened in a 4,400 sq ft unit fronting Chantry Plain, with the brand leading a series of new lettings at the scheme this summer.
Nathan Reidy, associate director at Catella APAM, said: “Wingstop’s arrival is indicative of our active leasing strategy and the market’s confidence in Chantry Place. We’re laying the groundwork for a dynamic summer of openings that will broaden the centre’s appeal and attract new audiences.”
Catella APAM said it is working in partnership with Chantry Place’s owner to deliver a roll-out of high-quality, experience-led operators. These lettings form part of a wider asset strategy to enhance the occupier mix, boost dwell time, and create long-term value across the centre.
The addition of Wingstop at Chantry Place comes as the operator looks to continue its expansion across the UK. This strategy has recently seen the brand make its city debut at Liverpool ONE, and add a fifth site in Leeds.
