CBRE seeks £1.2m for former Northern Ireland Lidl store

CBRE NI has been appointed to oversee the sale of a former Lidl store at Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
The unit has now become available following the supermarket retailer’s relocation within the retail park, with offers in the region of £1.2m being considered.
The property – which offers a total of over 18,000 sq ft of space – is located within one of Coleraine’s most prominent shopping destinations.
The asset’s appeal is further enhanced by its proximity to the nearby Ulster University Campus, which is home to around 6,000 students.
Stephen Smith, associate director at CBRE NI, said: “Northern Ireland’s retail sector is expected to grow throughout 2025, with this performance being boosted by the availability of prime properties including the former Lidl store at Riverside Retail Park.
“With its excellent location, strong footfall, and adaptable space, we anticipate significant interest from potential occupiers.”
