A number of new tenants have been announced at Aquila Holdings’ Bond Street scheme in Chelmsford.

Home and cosmetics company Rituals is set to open in a 3,500 sq ft unit at the development in early September. The brand will join other home and beauty retailers at Bond Street including The White Company and L’Occitane.

Jewellery brand Accessorize is also set to open at Bond Street later this month, taking a 1,680 sq ft unit. It will join British womenswear brand Mint Velvet which has already opened at the scheme, having launched its 4,300 sq ft store in August.

Indian street food brand Mowgli has become Bond Street Chelmsford’s latest food and beverage signing, set to open this winter in a 3,150 sq ft unit. The restaurant will be able to accommodate 86 covers alongside an extra 46 guests thanks to a 1,000 sq ft outdoor seating space.

Raquel Sanchez-Diaz, director at P-THREE, which acts on behalf of Aquila Holdings, said: “Rituals, Mint Velvet, Accessorize and exciting dining brand Mowgli, all flocking to Bond Street […] is a great indication of how the destination is performing, as the region’s premium shopping and leisure destination. Bond Street has built its line-up to cater to that demand, and that’s why premium brands perform so well here.”

The new brands will join the likes of Oliver Bonas, Goldsmiths, Hotel Chocolat, TAG Heuer and Everyman Cinema.

Rituals dealt direct, whilst SiteWorks acted for Mint Velvet. Newmark represented Accessorize, and Quirico Estates represented Mowgli. Jamieson Mills acts alongside P-THREE as joint agents on behalf of Aquila Holdings.
