Cited Property bolsters asset management team
Cited Property has appointed William Ashdown as a director within its asset management team.
He joins from RivingtonHark, where since 2021 he has worked for clients including local authorities, receivers, and private investors. He has also previously worked in retail management at JLL.
In his new role, Ashdown will look to leverage Cited Property’s existing relationships to expand the firm’s asset management capabilities.
Cited Property – which specialises in retail property – said it has recently been appointed as asset manager on two shopping centres.
Speaking on LinkedIn, William Ashdown said: “Delighted to be joining Cited Property and building on the fantastic work the business has delivered over the past few years. Excited to get started and help grow the asset management team, with some great projects already in motion.
