Clays shooting bar takes aim at largest site yet in London’s West End

Interactive shooting bar Clays is set to open its largest site yet within London’s West End.
The venue – located at 77 Brewer Street – will comprise around 20,000 sq ft across three floors. It will be situated in a Grade II-listed corner building owned by The Crown Estate.
The site will feature a bar, virtual clay pigeon shooting pegs, private hire rooms, a luxury private room, a DJ booth, and ‘Clays Arcade’, designed for a more fast-paced experience for smaller groups and couples.
The deal involved a change of use, listed building consent, licensing amendments, and an increase in capacity.
ETCH. acted for Clays in the transaction, and have been retained by the leisure operator to secure further sites, with a focus on major cities across the UK and Ireland.
The venue will become Clays fourth site overall, joining its existing locations in London’s Canary Wharf and The City, and Birmingham’s Piccadilly Arcade.
