17th June 2026 | Jack Oliver

Colliers’s property management team has been appointed by Curate Real Estate at Borough Yards in the heart of London Bridge.

Bordering Borough Market, Borough Yards is home to a line‑up of over 50 retailers, restaurants and leisure operators, including Barrafina, Bancone, Linnet Jewellery, Everyman Cinema, as well as flexible workspace provider FORA. Located two minutes from London Bridge station and ten minutes from the City, the district benefits from high volumes of both commuter and visitor traffic, supported by 72 million annual entries and exits at London Bridge Underground station and 160,000 workers within a one‑kilometre radius.

Under the appointment, Colliers will deploy Thrive, its specialist retail property management proposition, to deliver data‑driven retail management and control of operational costs, and look to build collaborative and supportive working relationships with occupiers.

Rachael Lacy, head of retail property management at Colliers, said: “Borough Yards is an incredibly exciting destination, bringing a unique blend of brands, restaurants and cultural experiences to London Bridge. Working closely with Curate, our priority is to build deep community connections and ensure the estate reflects the character and needs of the people who live, work and visit there. By focusing on meaningful partnerships and curated experiences, we aim to drive footfall and create a place that truly resonates with its audience.”

Rebeca Guzmán Vidal, co-founder at Curate Real Estate, added: “Our focus at Borough Yards is on thoughtful activation and long‑term stewardship, ensuring it remains relevant and closely connected to how people use London Bridge. This is reflected in an integrated approach to asset management that combines art‑led and cultural initiatives with an innovative leasing strategy, including a high‑impact pop‑up platform, to reinforce Borough Yards as an experience‑driven retail destination that evolves with customer needs. We look forward to working with Colliers and the Thrive team, whose experience and community‑focused approach will be key to building strong relationships with occupiers and the surrounding neighbourhood.”

The Colliers Property Management team will join the Colliers London Retail, F&B and Strategy & Analytics teams which are already appointed on the leasing of Borough Yards.
