Colliers launches One London, combining retail and office teams
Colliers has launched One London, an integrated service that integrates the real estate firm’s retail and office teams under one collaborative unit.
The firm said the 60-person team, led by Paul Sober, reflects the dynamism of one of the most unique real estate markets in the world.
One London’s leadership team comprises:
- Paul Souber – head of One London
- Simon Glenn – head of capital markets
- Aidan Meynell – director of London capital markets
- Charlotte Ashton – head of office leasing
- Stuart Melrose – head of tenant representation
- Helen Wallis – head of lease advisory
- Sara Simpson/Erin McDonald – co-heads of London retail
- Paul Matthews – head of strategy and analytics
- Lucy Stainton – commercial director
Colliers said that by combining specialist disciplines under one banner, clients will benefit from collaboration, market intelligence, and a client-centric approach driven by a knowledge of London’s unique submarkets.
