Columbia Threadneedle checks out sale of 10-strong high street portfolio

Columbia Threadneedle Investments has completed the sale of the final property in the ‘Blue Portfolio’, which comprised 10 high street assets across 9 locations in the UK.

Assets located in Guildford, Worthing, and Southend-on-Sea were all sold to privately-owned property investment company Moreton Investments.

Further properties in locations including Glasgow’s Sauchiehill Street, Aberdeen, Lancaster, Canterbury, and Chelmsford, have been sold to private investors at auctions held by Allsop.
