Crocs snaps up new outlet store at Caledonia Park
Crocs has signed for a new store at Railpen’s Caledonia Park outlet shopping park in Gretna, Scotland.
The 1,754 sq ft store will feature Crocs’ core and seasonal collections for men, women, and children, including clogs, sandals, and sliders. A range of ‘Jibbitz’ charms will also be available, enabling visitors to customise their footwear in-store.
Due to open in April, Crocs will extend the scheme’s footwear, casualwear, and family lifestyle offer, joining brands such as Nike, POLO Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
Maria Averkina, senior asset and development manager at Railpen, said: “Crocs is another strong addition to Caledonia Park. As a globally recognised brand with broad demographic appeal, it will further enhance our footwear and lifestyle offer. This signing reflects our proactive leasing strategy as we continue to curate a resilient and well-balanced mix of brands and best-in-class outlet operators.”
Caledonia Park has also secured a series of renewals in the last 12 months – totalling over 12,000 sq ft – including Superdry, The Cosmetics Company Store, and Berghaus.
