Deichmann ties up Kingston signing

Highgate Capital let a prime retail unit at 38 Clarence Street in Kingston upon Thames to footwear retailer Deichmann.
The retailer has taken a 12,000 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease, fulfilling a long-standing requirement for a store in the town.
Deichmann is expected to take up residency in the summer once the current tenant River Island has vacated, with the store set to begin trading in the early autumn.
Highgate Capital were advised by GCW, whilst BKL Property Consultants acted for Deichmann.
