EG On The Move acquires leading petrol forecourt operator
EG On The Move has acquired MPK Garages, a leading petrol forecourt operator.
The transaction involves the acquisition of 27 petrol forecourt sites, the majority of which are freehold and operate under Valero, Texaco, and Gulf fuel brands, with Nisa-branded retail stores.
The acquisition strengthens EG On The Move’s national footprint, particularly across the Midlands, with the group approaching 200 locations across the UK.
EG On The Move said the purchase of the MPK network creates a strong platform for investment and enhancement of the existing non-fuel customer offer. The group plans to roll out an enhanced foodservice proposition alongside a broader grocery and merchandise range.
