Estama appointed to manage Wrexham retail park
Estama has been appointed as asset manager for Island Green Retail Park in Wrexham, on behalf of Focus Fund.
The appointment marks the second collaboration between Focus Fund and Estama, following the latter’s appointment to manage the Kingdom Shopping Centre, Glenrothes.
Spanning 140,000 sq ft, the scheme is the city’s dominant retail asset and features 14 units let to occupiers including Asda Living, Next, Iceland, Smyths Toys, Food Warehouse, Costa Coffee, Poundland, and Heron Foods.
Island Green Retail Park is also supplemented by a dedicated car park with 518 spaces.
