ESTAMA appoints asset manager
ESTAMA UK has appointed James Taylor as the latest member of its asset management team, as the asset and property management agency looks to continue its UK expansion.
ESTAMA say Taylor’s appointment will support its drive to maximise the full potential of clients’ properties.
He joins from Abellio Transport Holdings, where he was a member of their portfolio management team, and has previously worked as a portfolio surveyor for Network Rail, working on the development of retail and leisure elements of London Bridge, Waterloo, Clapham, and Guildford train stations.
