ESTAMA UK appoints senior property management surveyor

ESTAMA UK has appointed a new senior property management surveyor as the asset and property management company looks to continue its expansion across the UK.

James Nelson joins from JLL Australia, where he worked within their property and asset management team as a regional director, focusing on a portfolio of retail assets in Victoria and South Australia.

He has also previously worked for 15 years at the Scentre Group, which operates a number of shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand under the Westfield brand.

ESTAMA said his experience within the industry will help “cement its position as one of the UK’s leading commercial asset and property management agencies”.

In his new role, Nelson will look to support the company’s drive to maximise the full potential of its clients’ properties, which include a mixed portfolio of UK commercial assets.
